  • On average, 3-7 business days. Please know that Vivian is in direct correspondence with you throughout your entire planning process as well as your artist for all appointments, so please allow more time for email responses as appointments are booked all week long and all weekends are busy with wedding bookings. Emails are not answered on weekends. Follow us on instagram @viviantranartistry as we post announcements and updated regarding turnaround times.

  • To book your date, you will need to sign our contract and place the first payment. The first payment is a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer. The retainer is calculated as 50% of all services requested.

  • Retainer payment is accepted online via Honeybook or through Zelle. Honeybook payments incur a 3% transaction fee.

  • A trial is not required to book your date, it is solely based on your comfort level. As demands are high, booking your date first locks you into our calendar, and gives you the opportunity to use your trial closer to the wedding date to test your bridal look.

    If you need a trial to feel comfortable with committing, we can have that scheduled as soon as possible so you can make your decision!

  • A touch-up isn't required, however you might find it beneficial to book in case you want to change your hairstyle or makeup look or freshen up before your reception!

  • Hair & makeup service for bride takes 3 hours and each individual service for bridal party takes 30-45 mins and everyone will be completed within the 3 hour time slot.

  • Yes! Our experienced team consists of 8 artists available for any size bridal party booking. The amount of assistants needed is discussed at time of booking.
